Michelle Hellman is a consultant, advisor, and curator working at the intersection of contemporary art, culture, and philanthropy. With more than 27 years of experience in fashion PR, special events, and cultural strategy, she advises artists, galleries, institutions, brands, and nonprofits on partnerships, event curation, patron engagement, and philanthropic initiatives.

Michelle is an advisor to the Chelsea-based gallery A Hug from the Art World and Founder and Curator of Artist Plate Project, a philanthropic initiative benefiting the Coalition for the Homeless. Launched during Covid, the project has collaborated with more than 250 internationally recognized artists and raised over $9.5 million to support food security and services for New Yorkers experiencing homelessness.

Her consulting work focuses on culturally resonant programs and partnerships that connect art with fashion, luxury, media, and philanthropy. Prior to launching her consultancy, Michelle served as Vice President of Fashion and Luxury at Mission PR and spent 11 years in-house at Banana Republic.

Based in New York City, Michelle continues to advise on select art, cultural, and philanthropic projects.
