Alex Prager

Alex Prager

Alex Prager (b. 1979, LA) is an American artist, director, and screenwriter known for her cinematic, uncanny images and films that blur artifice and reality to explore the human condition. Drawing on golden-era Hollywood, surrealism, and myth, she examines isolation, desire, and performance across film, photography, and sculpture. Her work has been exhibited globally, earning awards including an Emmy and the Paul Huf Award; her film Run (2022) was nominated for the 2023 SXSW Grand Jury Award.

Dave Beran

Dave Beran

Dave Beran is the chef and owner of Santa Monica restaurants Seline and Pasjoli. Before moving to California, he cooked at Alinea and NEXT in Chicago, earning a James Beard Award for Best Chef: Great Lakes and a spot on Food & Wine’s 2014 Best New Chefs list. Pasjoli has been honored by GQ, Esquire, and The New York Times, and was a 2020 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Restaurant.
